The organic pizzeria In Bocca Al Lupo is the realisation of a family dream. The Italian great-grandmother of chef and owner, Ágata Mandillo, opened the first Italian restaurant in Lisbon, La Gondola, on Av. de Berna during the late 1940s. Thus the culture, language and ethos of Italian gastronomy would go on to indelibly light the way for In Bocca Al Lupo – the inevitable fulfilment of this family history.
We are a family project; informal and detail-oriented – we cook with love and refinement, paying respect to the classics of Italian cuisine but aiming to create something new and exciting every day using the best organic products sourced directly from the best producers. We have created a warm and welcoming atmosphere so that whoever comes to visit feels at home.
We genuinely care about people, about the impact we have and about the example we set for others. In Bocca Al Lupo is more than a pizzeria, we are an ongoing project, a way of being and an approach to creating food – food that benefits everyone, that creates rather than destroys, and, above all, food that makes us happy!

Polselli – La Farina Italiana
Not only flours, but real works of art
Born in Arce, in the province of Frosinone, in the first half of the twentieth century, from a small artisan reality, Polselli today is the protagonist in the quality milling sector. Guided by the entrepreneurial experience of a family that has now reached its fourth generation, the company works every day to satisfy the needs of consumers, with unique, natural and innovative products.
Mutti – Solo Pomodoro
The quality of our products is based on high-quality raw materials, meaning tasty and healthy tomatoes. This means that not only do we set standards for quality, but we must also take the environment and our impact into account.
Born in Parma, in the middle of the Italian Food Valley, Mutti has always sensed very closely the bond to the land that enables us to grow and harvest our delicious tomatoes. From the beginning of our existence, we have done our best to identify and use the most environmentally friendly methods for farming our tomatoes, growing tomatoes only in farms close to our factories. Still today, on average, our farms are generally within 90 minutes of the nearest factory. Throughout the years, we have combined the traditional farming approach with new innovations and incentives that enable us to continue to love and respect our land, and mean we can grow sustainably for years to come.
For Mutti, sustainability is rooted in every decision that we make and everything that we do. In 2010 we began a partnership with WWF Italy to reduce the water footprint throughout the supply chain of the tomato, saving 1 billion litres of water and 20,000 tons of CO2 in four years. We constantly seek new improvements, and today we are carrying out a project aimed at promoting and supporting good practices for the protection of natural biodiversity within the tomato supply chain.

Our mission is to practice regenerative and innovative techiques that are aligned with the natural world, while learning and improving. This way we hope to stimulate and inspire a balanced transition towards a resilient way of living. Based on Permaculture, Syntropic Farming and Regenerative Agriculture, we use tree systems and perennial plants integrated with annual plant production (the common vegetables) in harmony with the ecossystem. We work everyday on making the soil better by using the local resources available, in a systematic cycle since the seed till the fruit.
With no chemicals, no GMO’s, no tractor, no-till. With the best of each season, working with Abundance Agriculture where life is dynamic and flux.
